TOF-ICP-MS
Fast, Accurate, Multi-Element Detection for a wide variety of applications

Overview
Vitesse
Our TOF-ICP-MS delivers exceptional speed and elemental coverage, analysing nearly the entire periodic table thousands of times per second. It enables multi-element analysis of complex samples—even when you don’t know what you’re looking for.
Application Areas
Vitesse TOF-ICP-MS enables researchers to capture complete elemental information from every measurement event. Its unique combination of simultaneous multi-element detection, speed, and sensitivity makes it ideally suited for applications ranging from nanoparticles and single cells to laser ablation imaging and advanced materials characterization.

Aliasing Artifacts in Multielemental LA-ICP-TOFMS Mapping
In this study, Cernatič et al. investigate signal aliasing in LA-ICP-TOFMS and show how acquisition parameter selection, specifically the acquisition speed, can significantly influence data quality. Their work provides valuable guidance for reducing imaging artifacts and improving the accuracy of multi-elemental mapping applicable to a wide range of scientific applications.
